ELDIM’s Multi-Angle Spectroradiometer: CubeX
CUBEX-500 is a rapid measurement system for LED, OLED and uLED technologies, ideally suited to R&D applications and mass production lines due to its speed, accuracy, and multiple uses/measurements.
CubeX capabilities allow fast detailed analysis of DUT (Device Under Test) and patterns, providing valuable insights into product quality and performance, with a full map taking less than 5 seconds.
The instrument is provided with a simple web user interface supported on multiple devices (PC, tablet, smartphone), as well as a dedicated API for bespoke programming.
